GOVERNOR BROWN APPOINTS CHRISTOPHER B. HARMON TO RIVERSIDE COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT

SACRAMENTO – Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. today announced the appointment of Christopher B. Harmon to a judgeship in the Riverside County Superior Court.
Harmon, 39, of Trabuco Canyon, has been a sole practitioner since 2013 and has been executive director and trial attorney at Criminal Defense Lawyers since 2003. He was a partner at Harmon and Harmon from 2000 to 2013. Harmon earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California. He fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Jean Pfeiffer Leonard. Harmon is registered without party preference.
